Rani Rashmoni old age home
The Rani Rashmoni Mandir Old Age Home Project is a compassionate initiative dedicated to serving elderly men and women who are neglected, economically distressed, or without family support. Inspired by the life and humanitarian ideals of Rani Rashmoni, this project aims to create a peaceful and dignified residential environment rooted in care, devotion, and respect.
Located near the sacred premises of Rani Rashmoni Mandir, the proposed Old Age Home will offer a serene spiritual atmosphere where senior citizens can spend their later years with comfort and emotional security. The environment will be calm, green, and prayerful — allowing residents to live close to temple activities, daily worship, and devotional programs.
The project envisions a well-planned multi-storied residential building with clean and ventilated rooms, hygienic dining facilities, medical assistance, and recreational spaces. Regular health check-ups, basic medical support, and access to charitable treatment facilities will be arranged to ensure physical well-being. Nutritious meals will be provided daily, maintaining both health and tradition.
Beyond physical care, the Old Age Home will focus on emotional and spiritual nourishment. Residents will be encouraged to participate in prayer, meditation, scriptural readings, bhajan, and festival celebrations. Cultural programs and social interaction will help reduce loneliness and create a sense of community and belonging.
The initiative reflects the timeless spirit of “Nara Narayan Seva” — serving humanity as a form of worship. Just as Rani Rashmoni dedicated her life to social welfare and religious service, this project seeks to uphold her ideals by caring for the elderly with love and dignity.
Through this noble undertaking, the Rani Rashmoni Mandir Old Age Home Project aims to become a sanctuary of compassion — where aging is respected, service is sacred, and every life is valued.
